NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2021, and entered in Case No. 18-006235-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4, is Plaintiff and ROBERT CRAIG AMOS A/K/A ROBERT C. AMOS, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of MAY, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, LESS THE WEST 1/2 THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT 14, BLOCK 3, FRANKLIN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 17 THROUGH 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
