NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgement. Final Judgement was awarded on March 22, 2021, in Case No. 20000463CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein, PATRICIA SKAGERBERG is the Plaintiff and LAURIE YACONO, ALL OTHER PERSONS OF INTEREST and UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT REAL PROPERTY are defendants.
The Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on April 30, 2021 at 11:00 am EST, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to wit:
THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 13, AND ALL OF LOTS 14 AND 15, TOGETHER WITH ONE-HALF OF THE ADJACENT VACATED ALLEY, ALL BEING IN BLOCK 164, GROVE CITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGE 4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1979(YR) CITA(MAKE) MOBILE HOME UNDER I.D # ED1326A, TITLE NO. 16944991.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
