NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA005104 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Riva Lending, LLC, a Florida limited liability company is the plaintiff (the “Plaintiff”), and Allison Sneed, an individual; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; any and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under, and against the named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, and/or other claimants is the defendant(s) (the “Defendants”), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 3, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 61 of Riva Trace, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 10, Pages 40-49, in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, with the common street address of 8044 Rio Bella Place, Bradenton, Florida 34201, Parcel Id No.: 1918914059
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
