Commencing at a point 383.30 South and 25 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township 27 South, Range 23 East, for a Point of Beginning, continue thence East 177.48 feet, thence running South 273.32 feet, thence running West 177.99 feet, thence running North 273.30 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with that certain 1999 Manufactured Home ID #PH09811257A/BFL. Title Numbers 84746028 and 84746166
AKA 4901 Lewellyn Road, Lakeland, FL 33810
Parcel 2:
Begin at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township 27 South, Range 23 East, Polk County Florida, run thence South 333.3 feet; run thence East 25.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; run thence South 25.00 feet; thence East 177.48 feet; thence run North 25.00 feet; thence run West to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Polk County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before May 14, 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
