NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will at 9:00 a.m. on the 6th day of May, 2021, at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 18, Block 2644, 52nd Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, 13, 13A through 13NN, inclusive in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 6674 Stardust Avenue, North Port, Florida 34287
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2019-CC-6424-SC, JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., Plaintiff vs. MARYALICE A. De GENNARO, TRUSTEE of The MARYALICE A De GENNARO TRUST dated March 18, 2006, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
