NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 19-CA-005617, Division C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, wherein MICHEL RAPOPORT is the Plaintiff and Dennis Alan Ulmer; Jennifer Liane Ulmer; The Native Woods Property Owner's Association, Inc.; Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC; and Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 11th day of May, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 17, Block A, NATIVE WOODS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 53, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Florida Statute 45.031: Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
