NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 28, 2019, and the Order entered April 6, 2021 rescheduling the foreclosure sale, in Case No. 2018-CA-000015, Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and FRANK GREER; PAULA PEREZ; PAULA GREER; PAUL F. GREER; CARRIAGE POINTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION are the Defendants; Pat Frank, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on May 12, 2021, the following described real property, situate and being in Hillsborough County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK C, MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED “CARRIAGE POINTE PHASE I”, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 270, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7939 Carriage Point Dr., Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
