NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure, entered March 9, 2021, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Condominium Unit No. 5201 of THE QUARTER AT YBOR, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15311, at Page 1006, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida (the “Unit”).
for cash in an Online Sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on April 30, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
