YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced in the above captioned court, in the cause above styed and numbered for Adverse Possession Without Color of Title, on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, particularly described as follows:
Lot 10 and the West half of Lot 11 in Block 15 of BROADMOOR PARK REVISED PLAT, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23 on page 21 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it, upon Joel R.
