CHILD; DIANE PETERSEN A/K/A DIANE L. PETERSEN; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LILIANA RODRIGUEZ; JOSE ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ; and CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
