NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 31, 2021 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004448, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and SUSAN KENDRICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN KENDRICK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BELL VILLA PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITRUS PARK-TROST INTERNATIONAL, INC.; are defendants. COMMENCING AT THE S.W. CORNER OF SAID SECTION 18; THENCE SOUTH 89° 44' 31”EAST FOR 1859.31 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0° 03' 15”EAST FOR 1724.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 0° 03' 15”EAST FOR 250 FEET; THENCE EAST FOR 182.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0° 03' 15” WEST FOR 250 FEET; THENCE WEST FOR 182.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO A 15 FOOT ROAD EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
