NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien which is dated December 19, 2020 and was recorded January 12, 2021 in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as Instrument Number 2021000011556 and the Claim of Lien which is dated January 29, 2021 and was recorded February 19, 2021 in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as Instrument Number 2021000053483, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SAND CASTLE BEACH CLUB Manager's Office, 905 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931 on the 12th day of MAY, 2021, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
