The administration of the Estate of MARY T. PARAS, deceased, File Number 21-2671, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The estate is testate; the Decedent's will is dated December 19, 2016. The name and address of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below. The Personal Representative shall promptly serve a copy of this Notice of Administration via certified mail to all beneficiaries under the Decedent's will.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All persons on whom this notice is served who have objections that challenge the validity of the will, the qualifications of the Personal Representative, venue, or jurisdiction of this Court are required to file their objections with this Court ON OR BEFORE THE DATE THAT IS 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THE NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION. ANY OBJECTIONS TO THE VENUE OR JURISDICTION OF THE COURT SHALL FOLLOW THE FORM AND PROCEDURE SET FORTH IN THE FLORIDA RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.
The deadline to file a Petition to Determine Exempt Property could be extended by 40 days after the conclusion to construe, admit, or determine the validity of the Will. The time limit for a surviving spouse to file an election to take an elective share is governed by Probate Rule 5.240(b)5) and Section 732.2135 (2) Florida Statutes.
All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent's Estate on whom a copy of this notice is served within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the Decedent and persons having claims or demands against the Decedent's Estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE. Under certain circumstances and by failing to contest the Will, the recipient of the Notice of Administration may be waiving his or her right to contest the vailidity of a trust or other writing incorporated by reference into a Will.
ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
