YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, INC. herein in the following described property:
Unit 1803, BUILDING 18, PHASE 18, LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 6000, Pages 1792-1846, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, Pages 63-72, amended in Condominium Plat Book 97, Pages 90-98, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address:
3087 Landmark Boulevard, #1803, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
