NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2021, in Case No. 19-006374-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Clearwater, Florida, in which THE SANDALWOOD CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and All Unknown Heirs, Spouses, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Claimants by and through under or against Nancy B. Kelner, Deceased, Paula Leigh Taylor and Sylvie Lauren Griffiths are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.rn. on May 5, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 105, Building Azalea, Phase I, THE SANDALWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Page 36, thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4858, Page 80, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
