NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Construction Lien dated the 23rd day of March, 2021, in Case No.: 21-000916-CO-39 of the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which BAY AREA ROOFING, INC is the Plaintiff and PAUL ARENA AND CORINA ARENA are the Defendants, I, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 2 Block V, PINEBROOK ESTATES, UNIT IV, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 65, Page 89 and 90, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
