NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 23-A, and an undivided 1.4688% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements and terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM UNIT II, as recorded in Official Records Book 4150, Pages 597-643, inclusive, and as amended in Official Records Book 4592, Page 963, together with the amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 62-65, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2740 Highlands Boulevard, #A, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 17, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
