Final Judgment was awarded on March 10, 2021 in Civil Case No. 19000891CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO ALL PERMITTED SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF BANK ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2003-HS1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and JONATHAN CODY A/K/A J. CODY; EDWARD E. BUSECK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A EULA FALIVENA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A GARY WALKER; CHARLOTTE COUNTY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
