You Are Hereby Notified that an action to quiet title on the following property in Charlotte, County, Florida:
Lot 26, Block 4616, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 85, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 60A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your answer or pleading to said Complaint on Plaintiff's attorney of record, Kimberly N. Rubino, 309 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, and file the original answer or pleading in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Charlotte County Courthouse, 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 the 30th day following the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action. If you fail to do so, a Judgment by Default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint.
