NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 6, 2021, and entered in Case No. 41-2019-CA-000081 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Alvaro Mendoza, Jenny Turnbull Mendoza, Bridgewater of Lakewood Ranch HOA, Inc., JENNY TURNBULL MENDOZA,ALVARO MENDOZA, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the May 26, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 189 OF BRIDGEWATER, PHASE II AT LAKEWOOD RANCH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
