NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 11, 2021 entered in Case No. 2020CA004050AXof the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein AWS GROUP, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff(s) and 5623 GULF DRIVE, LLC, an administratively dissolved Florida limited liability company, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 13th day of May, 2021 at www.manatee. realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 5, COBB'S SUBDIVISION, Less the Northerly 6.6 feet thereof, in Section 20, Township 34 South, Range 16 East, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 181, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
