NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 5, 2021 in Case No. 2020 CC 5227 AX, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on May 20, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 102, Building 6560, MOORINGS AT EDGEWATER III, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1904, Page 1938, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
