NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure March 29, 2021 and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-001316-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Roland R. Catellier, Individually and as Trustee of the Allay Living Trust, is the Plaintiff and BRADFORD A. JENKINS; ALMA JENKINS, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #are defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 6th day of May, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 37, 38 AND 39, BLOCK 223, MOON LAKE ESTATES, UNIT THIRTEEN ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 6 THROUGH 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH 2002 MOBILE HOME, ID#H0GA20K03725A AND H0GA20K03725B PROPERTY ADDRESS: 9750 LAKE DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
