NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 12, 2020 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of May, 2021 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Lot 412 and 413, Crestline Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2 Page 71, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
