NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 20-CA-7626 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2018-3, Plaintiff, and CHRISTA GRAZIANO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CYNTHIA GRAZIANO are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 12 day of May, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 5A, AMENDED PLAT OF PORTIONS OF BLOCKS 5, 6, AND 7, MORSE SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
