NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2021, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Tiffany Moore Russell, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 27th day of May, 2021, at 11 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Week 1, Unit 081225, Frequency Even, of ORANGE LAKE COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS IV, a Condominium (the “Condominium”), together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 9040, Page 0662, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, the plat of which is recorded in Condominium Book 43, Pages 39, until 12:00 noon on the first Saturday 2071, at which date said estate shall terminate, TOGETHER with a remainder over in fee simple absolute as tenant in common with the other owners of all the Unit Weeks in the above described Condominium in the percentage interest established in the Declaration of Condominium.
TOGETHER with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, including replacements and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgage; and all of the foregoing, together with said property are herein ref erred to as the “Property”.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure as to the above listed counts, respectively, in Civil Action No. 2018-CA-007042-O.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
