Begin at the SW corner of the SE ¼ of the SE 1/4 , thence East 786 feet, thence North 258 feet, thence West 786 feet, thence South 258 feet to the POB, less rod right-of-way, lying and being in Section 24, Township 34 South, Range 16 East, Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against PALMA SOLA CEMETERY ASSOCIATION and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the Complaint filed in this action and required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Robert C. Schermer, Esquire, Greene Hamrick Schermer & Johnson, P.A., Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 601 12th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before 30 days from the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
