NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020CA-002376-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, ELGERTHA MURRAY AKA ALGERTHA MURRAY, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of June, 2021, the following described property:
THE SOUTH 50 FEET OF THE NORTH 100 FEET OF LOT 6 , BLOCK “H” OF J.T. MILLER'S SUBDIVISION, LAKE HAMILTON, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 87 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
