In accordance with Administrative Order No. 3-15.16, notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2021, in Case No. 2015-CC-001308, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which WINTER RIDGE CONDOMINIUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and PRISCILLA GILBERT is the Defendant, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash., the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Condominium Parcel No. 169 of WINTER RIDGE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3047, at Page 2235, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida and any Amendment(s) thereto.
a/k/a 618 Ridge Terrace, Winter Haven, FL 33881 (“Unit”).
The bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on https://www.polk. realforeclose.com, on June 14, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
