NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2021-CC-75 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 13 day of May, 2021 in the lobby on the third floor at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Week 24, in Condominium Parcel 13, of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 959, at Page 1957 through 2017, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
