NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2020-CA-1490 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 13 day of May, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 453, SATURNIA LAKES PLAT THREE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 67 through 72, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
