NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 23 day of April, 2021, in Civil Action No. 2019-CC-2011, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which TIMOTHY M. BEEBE and BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, are the Defendants, and ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 13 day of May, 2021, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Parcel 1: 1335 Lincoln Ct.
Lot 119, BLOCK D, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD — PHASE TWO, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Pages 98 through 103, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Parcel 2: 1392 Lincoln Ct.
Lot 132, BLOCK D, ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD — PHASE TWO, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Pages 98 through 103, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
