NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-CA-009525 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARGHERITA B. TANNER; Unknown Spouse of Margherita B. Tanner; Capital City Bank; Unknown Spouse of Mae B. Carter; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTORIA A. PERSAUD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PREM PERSAUD; Hillsborough County, Florida are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of May, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 7, EAST BROADWAY HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
