RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2005-A13 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-M, is Plaintiff and CHERYL THOMPSON A/K/A CHERYL A. THOMPSON; HARBOUR ISLAND COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARBOUR BAY TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. AKA THE SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT AND COUNTY COURTS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9TH day of JUNE, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
