Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2021, in Case No.: 2020-CA-006186 DIV R, of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and RODNEY INDUCTIVO ALEJANDRINO is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except for as set forth hereinafter, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on August 30, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 67, in Block 24 of CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 113, Page 292 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
