LOT 43, COLONY TRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2005000105373, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for COLONY TRACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., whose address is 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A-423, Dania Beach, FL 33004 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court within 30 days from the first date of publication, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
