Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 a.m. on 21 day of May, 2021 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
The North half of Lot 10, Twin Brook Estates, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 14, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
