VERHAEG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRLEY M. VERHAEG; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; HUNTERS RIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
