NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Gasdick Stanton Early, P.A., 1601 W. Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL, 32804, as Trustee in the Appointment recorded at O.R. Book 21256 at 1536 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, will sell at public Auction to the highest bidder of U.S. funds, in cash or certified funds only, on May 25, 2021 at 10:00am, at gse-law.com/fc, all right, title and interest in the properties listed below in Orange, Florida for continuing nonpayment of assessments (as well as property taxes, interest, late fees and/or costs, if applicable) due further described as follows:
ELIZABETH JEAN GODWIN and MICHAEL ERNEST GODWIN Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclose sent via Certified/ Registered Mail/ publication to: P O BOX 2473, BLAIRSVILLE, GA 30514-2473; Mortgage recorded on November 9, 2017; O.R. Book 19837 at Page 341 Public Records of Pinellas County, FL. Total Due: $247,090.37 as of October 20, 2020, interest $66.85 per diem; described as: a 1,401,000/158,536,000 undivided interest in real property commonly known as units numbered 1671, 1674, 1676, 1677, 1680, 1682, 1683 of Clearwater Beach Resort VO Condominium (“condominium”); a(n) annual ownership interest/allocated 1,401,000 points as defined in the declaration for use in each year(s). The usage right of the VOI is a floating use right.
ALL within CLEARWATER BEACH RESORT VO CONDOMINIUM (“CONDOMINIUM”), together with all appurtenances thereto, according and subject to the Declaration of Condominium of Clearwater Beach Resort VO Condominium (“Condominium Declaration”), as recorded on February 2, 2017 in Official Records Book 19507, Page 176 et seq., public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all appurtenances thereto; and the Declaration of Vacation Plan for Clearwater Beach Resort Vacation Ownership Plan (“Timeshare Declaration”), as recorded in Official Records Book 19519, Page 2693 et seq., public records of Pinellas County, Florida together with any and all amendments and supplements thereto; and Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction of Clearwater Beach Resort ((“MASTER DECLARATION”), as recorded on February 2, 2017 in Official Records book 19507, Page 20 et seq., public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all appurtenances thereto; the said Condominium Declaration, Master Declaration and Timeshare Declaration being hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Declarations”.
Obligors shall have the right to cure the default and any junior lienholder shall have the right to redeem its interest up to the date the trustee issues the Certificate of Sale by paying the amounts due as outlined in the preceding paragraphs.
