NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2020, and entered in 19-006410-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN W. MILLER, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; WENDY VANSICKLE; JAN MARIE COPE; IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 12, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 10, BUILDING 2, IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM II, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM II, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3174, PAGE 525, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 69-73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
