BOOK 4156, PAGE 864, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4228, PAGE 1526, RERECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4250, PAGE 812, O.R. BOOK 4539, PAGE 883, RERECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4539, PAGE 1782, O.R. BOOK 4699, PAGE 1735, O.R. BOOK 5738; PAGE 1970, AND O.R. BOOK 5954, PAGE 2047, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
