NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10/08/2020, Order on Defendant's Motion to Vacate Default Judgment and Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated 02/22/2021, and Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Judicial Sale dated 4/6/2021, entered in Case No. 20-000513-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF SPRUCE HILL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE ELAINE ALICEA and UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
