NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 29, 2021, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-013509-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding, Trust 2007-AR2, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR2, is the Plaintiff and Hugo Alfonzo Arvelo, Southchase Parcel I Community Association, Inc., Southchase Parcels 1 and 6 Master Association, Inc., Wetherbee Road Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the September 8, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 69, SOUTHCHASE UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 126 AND 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
