MILLER; and the respective unknown successor trustees, spouses, beneficiaries, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and other parties claiming by, through, under or against them, if alive, and if any of the named above-referenced defendants are dead, any successor trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other persons or entities claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands which constitute the subject matter of this action,
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the following-described parcels of property in Charlotte County, Florida:
COUNT I PARCEL: The South ½ of the South ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 20, Township 42 South, Range 24 East, Charlotte County, Florida, less the Easterly 25 feet for Road Right-of-Way.
COUNT II PARCEL: Lots 36, 39, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54 and 58, Block 26, ROTONDA VILLAS, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 1A through 1Z15, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT III PARCEL: The North 64 feet of the South 264 feet of the East 100 feet of the West ½ of Lot 15, Subdivision of the Southeast ¼ of Section 7, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 14, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT IV PARCEL: Begin at the Southeast corner of the West ½ of Lot 15, Subdivision of the SE ¼ of Section 7, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 14, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of the West ½ of said Lot 15, 200 feet to a Point; thence Westerly and parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot 15; 100 feet to a point; thence Southerly and parallel with the Easterly line of the West ½ of Lot 15, 200 feet to the South line of said Lot 15; thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 15, 100 feet to the Point of Beginning.
COUNT V PARCEL: Lot 35, Block 555, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, Section 20, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 2A through 2Z42, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT VI PARCEL: The North ½ of the South ½ of the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 16, Township 42 South, Range 24 East, Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross, McKinley & Young, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 9th day of September, 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
