NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2020 and entered in Case No. 19000193CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2004-29, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-29, is the Plaintiff and ANNE RIDINGS, AS PLENARY GUARDIAN FOR MICHAEL CORTMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL CORTMAN; ROTONDA WEST ASSOCIATION, INC.; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants, I, Roger D Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose. com at 11:00 a.m. on September 23, 2021 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
