NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Default Judgment dated July 21, 2021, in Case No. 2017-CC-556 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which Sapphire Maintenance, Inc., is plaintiff and Jon Jacobs is defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Third Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on August 19, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Final Default Judgment:
Unit 1601, Saratoga at Lely Resort, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 2966, Pages 75 through 177, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
PUBLICATION of this notice was made on August 6, 2021, and August 13, 2021, in the Business Observer.
If this property is sold at public auction, there may be additional money from the sale after payment of persons who are entitled to be paid from the sale proceeds pursuant to the final judgment. Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, other than the property owner, MUST file a claim with the Clerk no later than sixty (60) days after the sale. If you fail to file a timely claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
