NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 13, 2021, entered in Civil Case No. 19-CA-001527 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein V. JOHN DAVIDIAN HOLDINGS LIMITED “INCORPORATION”,a Canada corporation, is Plaintiff, and, HALEY BUG, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, JOSI TEETERS, individually, Unknown Spouse of JOSI TEETERS, SHAWN TEETERS, ONEIR SALES and REALTY LLC, a Florida limited liability company, CHRISTIAN RESALE INC., a Florida Corporation, ALLEN DUQUET, JANE/JOHN DOE, fictitious names representing tenants in possession of the Property; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED are Defendants, the real property, legally described below, shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on August 19, 2021, at the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
