NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 17, 2020, and entered in Case No.: 2017-CA-8622 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, ASSET MANAGEMENT WEST 15, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and G. SCOTT RICHARD and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the 25th day of August, 2021, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, by electronic sale, http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 85, TAMPA SHORES UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 6210 Imperial Key, Tampa, Florida 33615-3512.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
