NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-010340 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, is Plaintiff and ALLISON BRADLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLISON BRADLEY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; NICHOLAS FINANCIAL, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of August, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 5, ADAMO ACRES UNIT NO. 4 AS PER PLAT THEROF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 405 Papaya Drive, Tampa, Florida 33619
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
