NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE HARBOR BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Harbor Bay Community Development District (“District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop a proposed fee for review of applications for boat lifts and docks (“Fee”). The purpose and effect of the proposed Fee is to provide for efficient and effective operation of district amenity facilities by a setting fees to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the adoption of the proposed Fee includes sections 190.011(5), 190.011(15) and 190.035, Florida Statutes (2021). A public hearing will be conducted on September 16, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at the MiraBay Clubhouse Lagoon Room, 107 Manns Harbor Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572.
